Clinical Supervision is offered by both Sara and Nerida.

Sara has completed specialist training in providing Individual and Group Clinical Supervision. She has been supervising Social Workers, Counsellors and Mental Health Practitioners from a variety of settings, over the last 15 years. Sara is registered as a Clinical Supervisor with AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers) and PACFA (Psychotherapists and Counsellors Federation of Australia).

Nerida has also completed specialist training in Clinical Supervision. Nerida is very experienced in providing Group Supervision within Mental Health settings, supervising teams working with trauma, practitioners using DBT, as well as individual Clinical Supervision. Nerida is a Registered Clinical Supervisor with PACFA.

To maintain our registration, and ensure we are offering quality supervision, both Sara and Nerida regularly update their training in Clinical Supervision and attend supervision on their own supervision practice.

We are particularly interested in supporting other practitioners in reflective practice and resilience building, so they can develop their clinical work and sustain compassion. We assist practitioners in developing, enhancing and maintaining their self-care so they can enjoy life/work balance.

For clinicians working directly with trauma, we can offer supervision which addresses issues related to prevention and recovery from Vicarious Trauma.

Rural and Remote clinicians can arrange on-line Clinical Supervision using Zoom.

We can also offer Mentoring on:

* Working towards AASW  or PACFA Mental Health Accreditation

* Transitions from clinical to leadership roles

* Starting up in Private Practice

Please contact us  to discuss your needs and check availability, or to be sent a copy of the Supervision Agreement document.
