Rebates & Fees

All fees are payable at time of service.
Payment can be in cash, EFTPOS or by credit card (small service charge applies) or prior to session by direct bank transfer.

Counselling fees vary depending on which practitioner you see. Some of our practitioners are registered with NDIS, Health Funds, Medicare and/or Victims of Crime. For details please go to Sara or Nerida’s profiles or Contact us.

Sara is a registered Medicare provider of Mental Health Services. To access Medicare rebates you will need a referral and care plan from your GP. Rebates for counselling with a Mental Health Treatment Plan are $74.80 per session. You can receive 10 sessions every calendar year under this plan. Initially you get 6 sessions, then after a GP review you can access another 4.

To qualify for a Medicare rebate, your GP needs to complete a ‘Mental Health Treatment Plan’ with you. This is part of the Better Access to Mental Health Initiative.
(More info on Medicare Rebates).
